Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within the United States.
8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Buyer and Seller regarding the purchase and sale of products and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By completing the purchase process, Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale.
